The addition of a configurator came after wanting to find an improved way of requesting quotations for custom fencing.
Where Van Klompenburg used to work with a simple request form, visitors are now shown a preview of the fence they want built.
The styles, colour options and possible extras have all been incorporated in the configurator.

ADVANTAGES FOR VISITORS AND THE COMPANY ITSELF
The configurator enables the visitor to make choices from home. They can take measurements on the spot and can choose and put together fencing in their own style.
By finishing the configurator’s steps, Van Klompenburg gets an insight into the customer’s wishes. It’s also clear what questions a customer still has. As a result, Van Klompenburg is able to work more efficiently and give the right advice.
